Professor of Economics at the University of Osnabrück and Scientific Director of the Society for Economic Structures Research. He was Chairman of the Evolutionary Economics Committee of the Society for Economic and Social Sciences and Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board “Environmental Economic Accounting” at the Federal Ministry for the Environment.
