Prof. Dr. Hans-Jörg Rheinberger, Liechtenstein historian of science. He was Director at the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science in Berlin from 1997 to 2014. Within the history of science, his work focuses on the history and epistemology of experiments as well as the history of molecular biology and protein biosynthesis.
